Supervision
Children 5 years and under:
Must always have a caregiver in the pool at arm's length
Children 6 - 8 years:
Must be actively supervised by a caregiver
Caregivers MUST be 16 years or older
Actively supervised means:
Watching your children at all times
Be at a close distance to provide immediate assistance
Caregiver to Child Ratio
Ratio 1:2
Children 5 years and under
1 Caregiver to 2 children
Ratio 1:4
Children 6 - 8 years
1 Caregiver to 4 children
Pool Rules
Shower before entering the pool
No spitting or bodily fluids in pool
No entering the swimming pool if you have had diarrhoea in the last 3 days
People who appear to be affected with deep cuts, skin disease, colds, fevers, infections are prohibited from entering the pool
Consumption of food or beverages in the swimming pool are forbidden
Any person suspected of being under the influence of alcohol or drugs are prohibited from entering the pool
Glass bottles, glass containers and other hazardous objects are prohibited within the pool area or bathroom facilities.
No diving into the shallow end of the pool
No bombs into the shallow end of the pool
No bombs from the starting blocks
Adults bomb at their own risk into the deep end of the pool
No rough play is permitted in the pool area except for supervised water sports
No smoking or vaping in the facility
Approval is needed from staff before taking videos or photos in the pool
The pool may close unexpectedly if safety is compromised, such as due to a fecal accident, bodily fluids incident, chemical contamination, or any other safety concern
Listen to and always obey lifeguard instructions
