The Bell Block Community Pool Society (BBCPS) is a not-for-profit incorporated society. The Bell Block Methanex Aquatic Centre is owned by the BBCPS and is governed and managed by a committee of volunteers. We are a group of passionate people committed to delivering an essential community service for the Bell Block and New Plymouth residents.

Our committee plays a vital role in overseeing and managing the operations of our swimming pool facility. This includes making strategic decisions about budgeting, applying for funding, programming, and maintenance to ensure the smooth functioning of the pool and its services. Additionally, we are responsible for upholding the mission and values of our organisation, ensuring that our pool remains a valuable resource for the community.
